The idea of Muzzle Breaks or Door Breacher for tactical Mossberg Shotguns is a fairly new concept. Unless a Shotgun operator is willing to order a new barrel or have a gunsmith install a custom Break or Door Breacher, there is only one other choice.

Minotaur Tactical is now offering a functioning Muzzle Break/Door Breacher for plain barreled Mossberg 500 or 590 Shotguns. The new Minotaur Tactical Mossberg Door Breacher will be known as the "Megalodon". The Megalodon is named after the prehistoric shark which was the size of a Greyhound Bus. The patent pending Megalodon is easily attachable to the Mossberg shotgun with their new concealed tensioned Allen bolts. This unique mounting system gives the Mossberg Shotgun operator a very clean factory install look without the need of a gunsmith.

No the Minotaur Tactical will not fit a stock Winchester or Remington 870 factory barrels.. They will fit any plain barrel with an outside Diameter of .857.. We have been able to stretch open the Door Breacher with a really big screw driver and pound in on a cut off plain Mossberg and Remington barrels. Please remember if you attempt this the Breacher is not returnable. - Closely measure the outside diameter of your shotguns barrel.
