Helpful review: "I've worn my Sig P365 in a Sticky holster for the past six months and have panicked several times to find the magazine release was inadvertently depressed causing the mag to become unseated or worse, fall out. I ordered this holster to rectify the problem and I am very pleased with the surprisingly good fit and comfort, especially for the low price. Retention is great right out of the box and the mag release is covered by the holster to prevent the issues I had with my Sticky.
Great buy!" — Ben
Trending review: "This is a great little holster!! It fits my Sig P365 perfectly!!! I was able to adjust the cant for optimum comfort and ease of draw, and adjusted my retention pressure so that I feel comfortable that my weapon will not come loose from the holster.
Excellent holster for the price!!!" — Randy
Reassuring review: "Holster is custom made for the sig p365. It is an inside waistband ccw holster and is very comfortable to wear. Great holster, exceeded expectations for a holster in this price range." — Swampcooler

Helpful review: "TL:DR BUY THIS, BE HAPPY
I've been carrying concealed for over 30 years and literally feel like I've tried everything...from revolvers in ankle holsters, to steel framed autos in shoulder rigs (ugg) and lost count of the appendix trials. I was pretty happy with a Versacarry Zerobulk and KelTec PF9...but got the Sig bug again and grabbed a P365. I liked the Versacarry, but that short, light trigger on a cocked striker gun made me real nervous having the trigger exposed. Good leather is expensive and thick...once you're used to carrying a thin single stack against skin, thick won't do. Kydex is a great compromise and brings several other benefits from a protection and retention standpoint. I'm a retired cop and can tell you the only thing you can predict is that when you need it, things are already going wrong...minimize problems. The ride height, draw speed, fit and finish, belt security, bend over stability, seated and standing comfort are all excellent. The fact the owner is retired service and offers this at half of what my next choice would've been for a better holster, makes this the no brainer and one of the best gun values I've run into in a long time. 5 stars down the line.
Once the above was confirmed, I immediately ordered one for my other striker carry, a Taurus PT111 G2, which is identical to the G2c...and a BBF separate mag carrier...9mm single stacks hide OK in pockets (but collect dirt like a vacuum cleaner), but double and siamesed stacked (P365) mags just print too much and ride better in the triangle space formed in front of the frame IWB anyway.
Hope this helps. I favorited this guy's site on here. After you've been carrying for decades you can tell who knows what they're doing and is making products to solve the customer's problems." — W. R. Russell Jr.
Trending review: "I recently purchased this holster for my Sig Sauer P365, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The first thing that impressed me was its excellent retention, ensuring my firearm stays securely in place without any wobbling or shifting.
The holster's build quality is top-notch, with durable materials that feel reliable and capable of withstanding regular use. The snug fit of the holster keeps my gun comfortably in place, making it easy to draw quickly and smoothly when needed.
The holster's design is inside-the-waistband (IWB). It's a great advantage, depending on my attire and daily activities. Does not help when needing to tuck your shirt in though.
Comfort was a big concern for me, but this holster addresses it well. The smooth edges prevent any irritation, and the overall design contours to my body, making it easy to wear for extended periods without discomfort.
One aspect that stands out is the audible "click" sound when reholstering the gun. It's a reassuring confirmation that my firearm is securely back in place, providing an added layer of confidence in carrying concealed.
In summary, this gun holster for the Sig Sauer P365 is an outstanding choice for anyone looking for a secure and versatile carrying solution. Its reliable retention, durable construction make it a worthy investment to ensure the safety and convenience of carrying your firearm." — Darren J
Reassuring review: "I just received this holster and am brand new to conceal carry so I'll update this as I use the product. First impression is that it is well made, lighter than I expected and about as small as is likely possible for my Sig P365. I am trying appendix carry first. Was concerned about it being a problem while I'm sitting but it is actually more comfortable than standing though both are acceptable. I am always aware that it is there, but this may be like when I first started using a CPAP mask. At first it was foreign to me, but I got so used to it, so I am no longer aware of it. Hopefully that will be the case with the holster.
First update. I tried this holster at the 5 o'clock position and that works much better for me. I also tried adjusting the retention and that seems to work well. It allows very minute adjustments so I can get exactly the resistance I want.
Second update. The cant does not adjust much, only enough to that the holster can be straight up instead of at the default position of maybe 30 degrees. But it can be put anywhere in between though. Experienced concealed carriers will know this but the clothes and belt you wear make all the difference. With my usual jeans and leather belt, not great. With some Wrangler cargo pants and tactical belts I bought, almost great. Huge difference in how it feels to carry and the "secret" pockets in the cargo pants give me a good place for a second magazine." — RobertD

Highlight: Compatible with sig p365 9mm micro-compact 3.1" barrel, sig p365xl, sig p365sas; Incompatible with sig p365 with laser/light. The bottom of the holster has a lip to prevent longer barrel sticking out.

Helpful review: "As a retired law enforcement officer, I've tried so many different OWB holsters for my small CCW pistols. The retention system used in this paddle holster is the added security I always gravitate back too when I use a OWB holster. Of course, that's my personal preference. With practice, it takes the same amount of time to pull your firearm from this holster as with all the other holsters I have tried. Also, the quality and comfort is excellent. It works well with my Sig Sauer P365." — BAJ
Trending review: "This holster is perfect for women. I am 5’2” and 105 lbs with a very petite frame and this holster is actually comfortable. It fits the Sig P365 perfectly and the release is a great safety feature that I value. I’ve read reviews stating the release button is difficult but mine is fine with very little pressure for a quick draw. I’ll admit that I don’t have a whole lot of experience with holsters but as a petite woman I was extremely worried about fit and comfort and I can wear this one all day without noticing it. The only reason I didn’t give all five stars is because sometimes it’s difficult to put the holster on, but I’m sure it will break in a little and you don’t want a loose fit anyway." — Kitty Kat
Reassuring review: "I purchased this for my Sig Sauer P365 XL, and it fits like a glove. The only fit issue is that the barrel extends about 3/4 of an inch below the weapon secure area. Not a big deal. The paddle style is extremely comfortable. I usually wear mine for 8 - 10 hours per day. The holster material does not mar the finish of the weapon. Price-wise, this is a great value for the money. I would highly recommend this holster.
The only issue is that the manufacturer lists some accessories for this holster, but so far, I cannot find them either on Amazon or the manufacturer's website. I was going to purchase another holster model for my Sig Sauer SP2022 but again, the model listed on the paperwork that came with the first holster appears to be no longer available.
I will be receiving the SP 2022 holster tomorrow. Who knows that might be my next favorite. Too bad Cytak didn't offer the model they advertised," — Linda Bound

Helpful review: "I have owned this holster over 1 year now. When I was shopping for a holster for my P365 I had ordered and returned a couple more expensive ones before I finally tried this one. I thought the price was too low so there was no way it was a quality product, and bought more expensive ones. But those weren't comfortable so I finally decided to try this one.
It fit my gun like a glove and a year later it still does. Still gives that very satisfying click to know my firearm is in place. It doesn't wobble, it hasn't scratched or marked my gun. I carry daily and this still wears the same after one year as it did the day I bought it. It's the only holster that I've ever owned that I can completely forget I'm carrying because the gun stays perfectly in my preferred position (5 o'clock). It also doesn't print. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about it.
Now the part I like even more about it... The customer service.... After 1 year of owning the holster one of the screws and nuts came out and I lost them. I hadn't taken notice to the fact they had come loose and never tightened them. It just never crossed my mind. So I went to Lowe's and tried to find replacement hardware but couldn't find any that didn't rub my gun. So I decided to email the seller just to ask, I was even willing to pay for the parts. But nope, they responded that they'd be sending me replacement parts at no charge. Sure enough, three days later they arrived. They sent 2 new clips and 2 sets of screws, washers, nuts, and spacers. I was so impressed.
So yes, buy this holster, from this seller. And if you ever have a problem just reach out to them, they seem like they really want to make things right." — WH
Trending review: "I absolutely loved this holster for my Sig P365! It’s a great fit and I highly recommend it! Very comfortable for carrying as well." — Catrina L Barker
Reassuring review: "This is an early review. If things change, I will update. Bought this for a Sig P365 XL with Holosun red dot. Snug fit after minor tension adjustments. Definite click when gun is holstered. Comfortable to wear. Like most people that carry, I have a drawer half full of holsters. This holster ranks at the top of the list for this particular pistol. No slop. Very secure." — Russ

Helpful review: "Holster sits very secure. Whether wear inside the waistband or just on your belt. Gun sits securely in the holster and fits perfectly. The release button is easy to reach and pushed with your index finger, a while pulling out your gun. I also like the large paddle which makes this the most comfortable holster I own." — mikesch
Trending review: "My 365 has the suppressor height sights and the sight channel is not deep enough. The gun will not go into the holster. Will fit the P365 with the standard height sights.

I left the review after the Amazon return window had expired and the seller refunded my money out of the blue, and didn't even ask me to edit or delete the rview. If I had the standard height sights I would buy this holster. They seem to be a great company to work with." — Jim
Reassuring review: "Orpaz makes the best adjustable holster, this fits my glock 19 with an Olight, AND my Sig P365 with a Night Stick light without making any adjustments to fit either pistol. The magnet idea is amazing, and the level 2 retention makes this holster superb! No Joke!" — Fred Garvin

6. DeSantis - Inside The Waistband Gun Holster

Best Comfortable Sig P365 Holster

Highlight: The Slim-Tuk® is a new minimal ambidextrous IWB holster fashioned from Kydex® sheet. One of the most unique features about this IWB holster is that it uses our tuck-able 360® C-Clip, which affords the wearer unlimited mounting options. The hardware can easily be reversed to change from right to left hand. The Slim-Tuk® is precision molded and has adjustable tension and a rugged 1.75" nylon clip.

Helpful review: "This is my second slim-tuk and I'm even more pleased with this version. My P938 worked well in my first slim-tuk, it rides low but still is comfortable. However, my P365 rides slightly higher and the way the gun grip and holster are designed, it allows a much better hold onto it in a hurry. I really like that I can get a full 3 fingers on my pistol at once and can easily complete my full grip as I complete my draw.
The belt clip provides a very good anchor and helps produce a confident draw. It was a little difficult to put on and take off at first. After a few weeks, either it loosened up a bit or I got more proficient in clipping and unclipping it from my belt. There is a hook on the end that securely grabs my belt that makes it really lock in place.
You can adjust the holster cant easily. The construction quality is very good and I can wear it all day long, even while driving." — AnalystJoe
Trending review: "Nice and thin. I like that the belt clip is mounted over the trigger guard which helps to lessen the thickness of the rig. It’s my second one purchased this one for a Sig P365. When you want to go minimal, this may be perfect. I don’t think any in the pants holster is “comfortable”, but this is a nice compromise. East to put on and take off." — Robert
Reassuring review: "These are excellent kydex holsters with the clip attachment off to the side of the slide to minimize printing profile. I have one for an LCP Max and one for G43/43X. It’s normally my go-to holster for any weapon I would carry concealed. Only downside to these is you will sweat on your gun. I should have guessed since DeSantis doesn’t list the P365-380 specifically, that the fit would be loose around the slide. The retention works at the trigger guard because the grip frames are identical between the 9mm and .380 P365, but because the slide on the .380 is about .1 inch less tall from the frame, the .380 pistol rocks slightly in the holster and it’s audible. The fit is passable but not ideal, and because I feel it’s unwise to have a holster be “close” to fitting perfectly, I have to return this one. Not the product manufacturer’s fault. No matter what you read, trust me, the P365 in .380 is not the same size slide as the 9mm. Some custom manufacturers list the .380 variant specifically like Gunner’s, Blacksmith Tactical, Tulster, etc. Hope this helps someone avoid a return." — C-Dub
